Greg and Nikki Stephens own Rocky River Farms, located just outside of Wesley Chapel, North Carolina. Our farm journey began in 2015, when we sold our business and home in Charlotte in search of a different lifestyle. With both of us coming from families rooted in dairy and beef cattle farming, a rural lifestyle felt like the natural next chapter.

We found and began restoring a rundown chicken farm in Union County, between Wesley Chapel and Monroe. Over time, we expanded the farm to include beef cattle, chickens, pigs, ducks, and rabbits—providing farm-fresh products that are wholesome, responsibly raised, and full of flavor.

Driven by a passion to produce the finest beef possible, we’ve worked hard to raise top-quality, tender, and mouth-watering cuts of meat. Our beef is raised without added growth hormones or antibiotics. Our grass-fed cows are pasture-raised and fed a special protein mix that supports digestion and enhances marbling and tenderness. Once mature, our cattle are processed at a USDA-inspected facility and dry-aged for 21 to 28 days before being packaged for you, our customers. We also offer pastured pork and farm-fresh, cage-free chicken eggs.

Our animals are cared for to the highest standards. We are proud to be recognized with Animal Welfare Approved (AWA) and A Greener World certifications, acknowledging our commitment to ethical and sustainable farming.

While we strive to raise and produce everything here at Rocky River Farms, there are times when demand exceeds what we can supply directly. In these instances, we partner with carefully selected farms that share our strict standards for animal welfare, sustainable practices, and product quality. These trusted partners help us continue delivering the products you love—always with the same integrity and care you’ve come to expect from us.
